The Morrissey Group

First registered in January 2003, Morrissey Training & Consulting Pty Ltd quickly grew to become one of Queensland’s premier Registered Training Organisations. In 2009 the Company changed its name to Morrissey Group Pty Ltd to focus its service delivery under the three key business areas of:

Our core business is training. With a particular focus on Queensland, Morrissey Group offers nationally recognised training courses across Australia.

We have local offices, local managers and state of the art training facilities in:

• Brisbane
• Maryborough
• Rockhampton
• Mackay

Our Regional Training Managers hold relevant national training qualifications and extensive experience in their industry fields. The qualifications we issue are national qualifications recognised across Australia within the Australian Qualifications Framework.

We train our students in nationally recognised training programmes to enable them to gain qualifications to enter the workforce or enhance their career prospects.

We network widely and have developed strategic alliances with companies in the areas we train in such as security, aged care and hospitality.

We work closely with such companies in order to ensure the training we offer remains relevant and industry focused. As a result many of our students have sourced employment with our business partners.

As a professional training organisation we have trained hundreds of people and our satisfaction comes from seeing our graduates start new careers or gain the confidence that professional training brings.

We insist that our Trainers have worked in the industry field in which they train. Quite simply, if they don’t have the experience they will not be delivering the training.
